Crushing and screening
Material passes through staged crushers and is separated into grain size fractions.

Washing
Clay, silt and surface impurities are removed. Water is recovered through settling ponds.

Beneficiation
Magnetic separation and sorting remove iron-bearing and colour-inducing grains.

Drying and grinding
Moisture is adjusted for the target industry. Micronised products are prepared in a closed-circuit mill.

Analysis and dispatch
Each batch is labelled with chemical analysis and grain size records, then dispatched in big bags, bags or bulk.
